Brad does it all, commercial, industrial and agricultural brokerage. With a unique background as an owner of farms and a farming business, Brad brings more than just market knowledge and transaction expertise to his clients. He is an expert in online farm auctions and working with families who are contemplating the sale of family owned real estate. While his family, faith and flying are two of his guides in life, Brad continually educates himself on client service expertise, negotiating methods and overall well-being through professional coaching and workshops.

Dustin is deeply involved in the college habitational ownership, management and development business which feeds his commercial brokerage endeavors. While he serves client needs in all sectors, one of his specialties is campus acquisitions and 1031 Exchange placements that result from campus property dispositions. Dustin is a “big idea” guy who knows how to thoroughly vet an opportunity on behalf of his clients whether to see a way forward or to suggest taking a pass.

Emily was born and raised in Lafayette and is a proud alumna of Indiana University Bloomington. Growing up, she was immersed in the world of real estate and since 2018, she has been working alongside her mother, Julie Ginn, in her property management business. Our History
Robert H. Shook and his son Charles established The Shook Agency in Lafayette, Indiana in 1915. Four generations later, we’re committed to more than just real estate — we’re invested in the growth and success of our region.
Through the years, we’ve had the privilege of working with major employers like Subaru, Eli Lilly, and Wabash National, and we partnered with Purdue University and the Purdue Research Foundation on the expansion of the Purdue Research Park. We’ve also played a part in creating and growing some of Greater Lafayette’s most well-known neighborhoods, including University Farm, Capilano, and Harrison Highlands.
Today, Shook Commercial is still based in Lafayette, and we continue to provide the trusted expertise and leadership our clients and community rely on. Whether you’re just starting out or scaling up, we’ll help you find the perfect space at every stage.
